Computer Virus causing printers to spew out junk

Just thought I would share this:

It seems there is a virus going about that has an effect of causing printers and copiers to spew out garbage and waste paper.

Even though we are not resposable for what the customer prints I would not be supprised to see customers trying to claim back for wastage.

Saw this in 2002 when W32/Bugbear was prevalent. If a customer came to me saying that they wanted credits refunding, I'd pretty much tell them their network security is not our concern and they should be talking to their IT to get a slightly beefier firewall and antivirus suite with on access file and email scanning. Not our fault the users open suspicious emails and browse for porn in works time.
