    Lexmark Getting Out of the Inkjet Buziness

    I read an article this morning in eCharger that Lexmark is pulling the plug on it's inkJet business.

    Inkjets are pretty much a consumer focused business with very low margins, probably like all of the other inkjet vendors they sold the printer at or below cost to try and recoup the loss on consumable sales.

    There's more money to be made chasing business class users with laser equipment, especially as HP no longer really makes a 'business' class machine despite their claims to the contrary.
