    No service contract

Has anyone done the math on whether having no contract is break-even or possibly better off?

If I ever go indie, I might push this as an alternative.

I understand it's a crap shoot on many levels.

I figure any given machine in the field I see on average 4-8 times a year.

Add toner and reasonable parts markup I might make a living while saving customer some money.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

It all depends on the make model volume
