The only requests we ever get for 24/7 service is usually for short-term rentals - meetings, conventions, etc. We try to rotate for the technicians as much as possible, but being voluntary, it's usually the same couple guys. The tech gets paid a base for being available for the time period plus a little extra if he gets called in. Amount sometimes depends on the type and amount of equipment. We do charge the customer a hefty amount - "take it or leave it".
