Help Needed with Fax issues

Hi All,

I am looking for some advice, I have loads of people fax me every day, I use a rightfax solution to manage this, recently I have have a couple of folks come back to me to say they have sent a fax, my fax logs show that we have not received the fax, however their fax machine shows
confirmation of a successful receipt of sent fax to my number. Anyone have any ideas what is going on here or have seen this type of behavour.

Most fax confirmations will show the TTI from the other machine if they successfully connected if not they show the number dialed or if it is a speed dial the name of the speed dial. Try reprogramming your TTI so it is Identifiable to you, the next time this happens if the confirmation shows your identifiable TTI then the problem is on your end, if it just shows your fax number the problem is probably the sending machine.

Isn't rightfax solution software?
Check where the default save file is.
If this is too dificult for you, buy a real fax machine that prints what it recieves or prints an error.
