    Scan charges

    Sorry if this has been discussed already, but what is the standard charge for scans? We are going up to .004 per scan is this too much?

      I add .02 per click if they have scanning installed. This covers parts and scanning support.
      Why do they call it common sense?

      If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

          Thanks for the reply. The reason I'm asking is we have a prospect that wants to scan about 500k to 1mil documents. They will not be copying any of these.
