    Network +

How many of you guys are Net+ certified, did it help increase your pay? I've been doing all the connectivity at my dealer but don't have any of the certifications and I'm thinking of moving on to another dealer. I've been here 10 years and think it's time for a change.

We're required to be Net+ certified.

No raise in pay once acquired, but you get to keep your job.

At least the company pays for the training and testing.

These days, it's a requirement, not an option.

It certainly wouldn't hurt getting your Net+ cert, and with 10 years experience, it shouldn't be too hard to acquire.
Often times, if changing companies, you'll find that the "grass IS greener (pun intended) with another dealer.
