I have a customer over in Geneva in Switzerland, its an English company but based over there.
We sold them an MPC 3003 earlier this year, and it has unfortunately got a waste toner problem.
Does anyone know of, or is there any independent techs based in Geneva or somewhere near that would be interested in looking at this machine for us? Bit of a long shot, but Ricoh UK, dont want to get involved and can't give me the number for Ricoh Switzerland....
