I received a call for double feeding, I replaced the feed and sep rollers (mf1-4210-00, mg1-3330-000). The issue I'm having now is it pulls the checks trough, however, the checks will stop randomly, throughout the scanner and not give me any kind of code or jam detection. For example, it will feed one check through and the next check will feed half way through and just stop. I have pulled the scanner completely apart, cleaned all the paper path rollers up and in place, I made sure all the sensors are in place and clean and made sure the firmware was up to date. Any ideas?
