Have a customer that has one of these and asked me to work on it. It feeds fine for about 5 sheets and then does not want to feed. You press the start button and it may d=feed 3 sheets and does not seem to want to feed again.......reload the paper and start again and feeds about 5 sheets and stops feeding and the problem cycle starts again.
Have not seen these before and don't know what to look for. Main feed - clutch feed wheel? Have worked on folders before but never on this model.
Customer said it is almost a year old.

did you clean the feed and sep rollers?

is the sep roller "flat spotted"? if so loosen and spin it to a non flat area.
