I have worked on Secap address printers in the past and currently work on Neopost/Hasler folding and inserting machines. While I don't have any experience with this model I can tell you from working on some that are similar in design that PAPER/MATERIAL are the biggest factors. You must have EXCELLENT quality material without any curling....etc. Also the job MUST fit the system. This is a fairly small system and is very limited in how much it can process without failures.
