Acroprint 125

When clock is punched, the minute time prints bottom half of one number and the top half of the next number.
I called acroprint and the only thing they said was to check some set screws, which I did.
Any other suggestions ?

it's been a while since i had one of those apart ... if there are set screws setting the timing of the digits, they would need to be all in a nice straight line, perhaps there is a tooth sheared off in the mechanism.

Only thing I can suggest is to take the silly thing apart.
