FI-6770 Service manual

Looking for a service manual for this machine or if someone can give me a definitive description of what the F4 error means. I know it has to do with the background switching (whatever that means).

FWIW, I checked the KMBS page. Nothing listed for any of the Fujitsu's in the "One Stop" center. Some models listed under the "Product Reference Materials", but I didn't actually find associated "materials". There is a listing for this model, but there do not appear to be any corresponding documents/drivers/etc.

I had an issue about a year ago, the customer broke the USB connector from the main board. I posted about getting a service manual/parts manual and no responses. I talked to my supplier, who sold the unit to us, and they were unable to locate any manuals as well. We eventually had to put a call in directly to Fujitsu and have one of there reps come out to service it. Good luck, I would not mind having the service/parts manual as well.
