Loud Noise on Formax paper jogger fd402P1

Hello

I have Formax paper jogger FD 402 P1,it is making loud metal clunking noise on operation.
We do not have any tech to take care of this issue but we have a service manual of 14 pages, which states that the noise could be because of Armature and magnet assembly but does not provides any information about calibrating it.
All help shall be welcomed. Am I missing the latest manual and does the latest manual has the process for calibrating the magnet/armature gap?
