IBM Wheelwriter 1000 - error and manual

According to the sheet I have the machine is displaying a 'Print Hammer Electrical Error', line space 1 & 2 flashing on power up. Do not have the rest of the manual to view for what to do for the repair. Could the hammer sol. just be shorted? Unplugged it and I get the same error. Anyone have a complete repair manual for WheelWriters?
