Hi guys,
Does anybody out there work on these?? I've got a client with one that has a detection error when using black strips, but works fine with white strips. Seems like a sensor adjustment, but I haven't been able to locate a service manual. Any help would be appreciated.

In case anybody cares, after trying a couple of sensor adjustments, I tried another box of strips and it worked fine! Even though the original strips worked ok on another unit. Go figure.........
