Pitney Bowes - DM500 - 19EF Error

Hi,
Anyone any ideas on a Pitney Bowes DM500 that throws uo an 19EF error? The manual says communication error with the PMC but we do VERY little work on Pitney Bowes machines and I have no idea why or what to try.
Machine works fine but yesterday started showing this. Customer turned it off and it worked again for a whilr then errored again.
