Has anybody had a problem with the clerk login function failing at the software level on the ER-420?
If I do a Master reset either mrs1 or mrs two the machine works fine for a few sales and then the clerk throws a fit?
The cashier log in function seems to be stable.
Memory battery seems okay.
Any ideas?
