    1. What version of software do you have loaded on the 7225?
    2. What driver do you have loaded for the 7225?
    3. You said, "Other people in the office are printing fine with same version of Autocad". Does this mean that they are printing to the 7225 with no problem but 1 person is only having this problem printing to the 7225?

I am using the latest version firmware thats on the Xerox.co.uk site.Xerox tech support recommended this.I also tried a SPAR version that they suggested still the same.I have tried 4 different drivers inc universal pcl 5 pcl6 and gpd.I even tried the 7120 driver that works ok for him on the other mc to test that still same This mc doesnt have postscript option so cant try that. The other autocad users can print to this 7225 and 7125 ok.This user can only print to the 7125 ok

Ah ok. If the other people can print to the 7225 with no problem and its only the 1 user, it's obviously not a problem with the 7225, it's software or settings. At that point in the troubleshooting I would tell them it's a problem with that user's computer (ending my part of the troubleshooting). I don't typically troubleshoot the customer's network or PC once I've determined the xerox is not the cause of the problem. We have a team of techs that do only that part of it.

I guess the next step would be to determine what is different between this 1 user's computer and the others that are working fine. Maybe a different version of the Autocad software, different OS. Make sure if possible they are using the same driver and that it is set up exactly the same as the others.

        Good luck.
