I have just replaced a Canon ir 3225 with a Canon ir adv 4225.When the customer prints from Word 2007 the print driver settings are disregarded and all jobs from Word get sent to the bypass tray regardless.Every other application is fine pdfs excel etc...I have temporarily loaded the bypass tray with A4 to get round this.The 3225 never had this problem.Its not a paper size mismatch issue it just sends all jobs as A4 to the bypass regardless of settings in driver.Doesnt matter if its set to auto or tray 1 everything in word goes to bypass.If I open a new word document and sent it to print thats fine its when I save it then reopen it it does this.So if any saved word doc is reopened thats when it does it.
