ricoh mpc 2050,pdf print
The machine (MP 2852sp) hangs only when printing PDF. I reformatted the HDD, reinstalled the printer driver and performed cold reset but still same problem.Firmware update is not yet done because I do not have access to my-ricoh.com. I have to ask my technical manager to provide me firmware for the machine.
