Ecopy Scanstation & Papercut

We have a Develop +284e (same as a KM bizhub 284) and have embedded papercut, the unit works along side an ecopy scanstation v5.4

the issue that we are experiencing is on requesting a scan we get a login screen appearing on the scanstation, as shownscreen5.JPG

on pressing login the scan starts OK, however we would like the screen to NOT appear.

Papercut is set to allow host based authentication

Twain version is 4.0.07000 real time

Can anyone help?

Looks like single sign on needs configured within ecopy

I configured single sign on with ecopy and pcc4. Don't know if it is supported with papercut as they are different vendors. If session logon is not required (well, depending on your connector), i suggest disabled it.
