Sharp scan to email with Office 365

I have not resolved the scan to email using Office 365. Has something changed with Office 365? I have tried different ports, with/ without authentication, changed level of encryption to high in Security settings and I have tried brackets (<>)before and after the reply email, but nothing works.

Has anyone found an SSL setting for the MX-C300W? I know it was hidden on the MX-2700, I am just wandering if it is hidden in the MX-C300W copier as well. Just have not found it.

    Thanks in advance.

You need to have a port 25 relay server set up in your Office 365 exchange services. Instructions are available from Support.Microsoft. The other option is to use a local relay such as Stunnel.
