I have been trying to set up my Sharpdesk mobile app to access my g-mail account. However I keep getting "connection failed" message. Changed my g-mail account to use less secure apps, messed with port settings on the app, but still no success. Has anyone here messed with this app settings? Please help my sales mangler is breathing down my neck as i type this............He needs a tic tac.
