We are looking for a software that reports user code meters, we are currently using FM Audit and @remote and I don't believe either is capable of reporting user codes.

As far as i'm aware there is nothing, as all these systems are used for machine billing not user I doubt it will ever be a feature -

Yeah, any program like this is only getting counter and/or supply info. You would need a solution like equitrac , paper cut, prism printpath, PSES or copy track to get reports based on users. I work with papercut alot. I know you can create many different types of reports and you can have them email out to certain users on a schedule.
