CLC 3220 Device information cannot be found

Hi there,
First time posting here and it looks like the right section. I work in a medium sized business using 2 CLC 3220's. One of our users gets the error 'Device information could not be found.' when trying to print to either device. All other users are okay. Software is not on the users PC as we operate through a print server. User can print to all other devices okay. Any help welcome.

I assume that all the workstations are running the same OS? It sounds like a permission issue or queue how are you connected to the CLC3220 ie Rip attached to back of copier. You could try connecting to the CLC via a Web browser via the CLC's IP address, Even ping the printer from the problem PC. If you have a RIP attached, it would be better to bypass any print server and use the RIP to its full protential. It will reduce network traffic.
