    Scan to E-Mail, what's needed?

For testing purposes I want to set up scan to e-mail in a local network (not WAN). What do I need to know to set it up myself? MFP will be a Bizhub-C-280 and there is in the network an Argosoft e-mail server specially reserved for this purpose. I know the IP address of the Argosoft server but that's it.

Until now all MFP's I had to set up where using Scan to FTP which works beautiful but now Scan to E-mail is needed and I'm lost. What settings should be made in the Argosoft e-mail server to receive e-mails in the local network. Any special settings needed in the MFP?

    Any help please?

    Always curious about software.
Email server.Net is under 3megs from the ArGo site.
Does not want to run on my PC?

Check if you can install the demo on your PC.
    The interface seems simple enough.
    Whatever

The attached document from Ricoh might help. It has setup instructions for setting up ArGoSoft for email relay.
