Ricoh mp2851 swap copier

Is there away to copy the document server information. I install a mp2852 but had to print it out from old copier and then scan back in to new copier. I look at web monitor only show to delete it.

You will need to install the File Format Converter Type E to do this. Without it you can only print -and delete- the stored documents.

I always tell my customers to keep a hard copy of anything that they put in the document server. Saves having to print everything out when they get a new machine. It also protects them against a HDD crash.
