Can I connect a SSD external hard drive to the USB port on a Ricoh to scan straight to the drive?

If its like other machines then.
2GB drives.
No HDD.
No partitions.
No hubs.
Only FAT32
Is RICOH the same?

Depends on the model.
Most Ricohs can scan to an external memory device, some from the front USB, others from the rear USB port.
For the older models it needs to be enabled in Scanner SP 1-013, the scanner screen should then show Store to External Device in the Store File button.Comment
