Windows 10 stopped printing to Konica Minolta C654e when another user was added to the workstation. Is not on a domain, both users are set to Administrator. Tried removing and re-adding print drivers with no resolution. Will work for initial user that was added, but when you log in as other user, all printing stops to KM 654e. Will print to lexmark no problem on both users.

Re: Windows 10 stopped printing
try this,
Windows 10 TH2 has added the function to "Let Windows manage my Default printer."
Turning OFF "Let Windows manage my default printer."
Select the Windows Start Button.
Choose Settings.
Choose Devices.
From the list, choose "Printers & scanners."
Set the slide button to OFF under "Let Windows manage my default printer."
Reboot the OS.
Open "Control Panel" (press the Windows key and the "X" key).
Select "Programs and Features."
Click Print Driver, and then click Uninstall.

Re: Windows 10 stopped printing
I've noticed printing PDF's via Microsoft Edge will cause the print queue used to print the PDF to stall requiring the printer spool to be stopped and then started again as simply deleting the job doesn't work.
I don't know why Windows 10 makes Edge the default PDF viewer if it can't print PDF's correctly. I'm unsure if there is a windows update to resolve this, but I just make Adobe Reader the default PDF viewer.Comment

Re: Windows 10 stopped printing
Download free Adobe Acrobat Reader software for your Windows, Mac OS and Android devices to view, print, and comment on PDF documents.
Once installed, go into your system preferences and do a search for "default"--should pull up a program used to change the default program for opening each filetype...change it to the Adobe Acrobat Reader!
