MP 2851 email ssl encryption

customer has a mp 2851 and smtp email server uses ssl encryption port 465. I see in file transfer on a mp2852 in file transfer smtp server can turn on ssl encryption. I need to turn it on for this copier. is it in the web monitor section to enable this. i have all my settings are correct. I tried my mp2852 here at office we have frontier works fine but if I try mp2851 doesn't. thanks for any help with this

SMTP over SSL was not supported prior to the MP XX52 series.
