    Server 2012 R2 - pcounter XPR embedded - c220

    Hi,

Bit of a long shot but has anyone had any issues embedding KM C220's with XPR embedded. It is only an issue on server 2012 device firmware is up to date, firewall is not an issue as c454 embedds no problem. Event log shows an error could not create tls / ssl secure channel.

Sever is fully updated, and is a new clean install.

    Thanks

Has all the ssl settings been enabled on the device?

Yes all SSL is setup, the machines embed fine on server 2008.

The C220's might need special firmware, worth double checking KM knowledge base for recommend level of firmware for Open API solutions.

Thanks, found the issue. Turns out some recent MS updates block communication with the C220's

          Removed and now works fine.
