Be sure to download and install all the Plugins/AddOns to include Ghostwriter. That way you can save as PDF.
One thing, be careful where you download it from. Stay with http://www.irfanview.com/. Many free download sites tend to attach potentially unwanted riders.Comment

Don't be misled by its low / no cost.
I have a few customers who have incorporated it into their daily workflow.
