Mac scan to folder on ricoh sp5210

I have a mp 2851 that works fine with the sign in changes that ricoh said to do on computer and copier. I saw that mac had added smb1 so change it settings to false. So i did the same setting change to copier side of the SP5210 but when i set up user for folder says auth. has failed. The copier has latest firmware will scan to windows 10.

Check the user name set up for scanning in the address book or default folder scan for spelling errors and reenter the password.
