    Any LEXMARK experts here?

    I know Lexmark pretty well, but there's an issue I'm recently dealing with.

    When setting up Scan to Network <folder> (via the app) the registry verifies with the green check box, the scans process through the machine with no errors, but the files never appear in the shared folder. We've tried other root drives, new folders, share permissions look fine. No luck.

    I'm thinking....firmware? Scan to Network app version?

    Anyone ever run in to this one?

    The model of the machine and the operating system on the computers you are trying to scan to would be pretty useful to know.
    Sounds a little like you may be hosed because of the increased security in Windows 8 and 10 (believe it or not, that was the main problem I saw with older machines that I worked on that were failing to scan). But who knows.
