I know Lexmark pretty well, but there's an issue I'm recently dealing with.
When setting up Scan to Network <folder> (via the app) the registry verifies with the green check box, the scans process through the machine with no errors, but the files never appear in the shared folder. We've tried other root drives, new folders, share permissions look fine. No luck.
I'm thinking....firmware? Scan to Network app version?
Anyone ever run in to this one?
