    Ricoh MP 3352 login problem

    I have a copier just bought and user tools is set to login if you want to make changes in user mode. I have already try the normal login also If you try web monitor says site is encrypted. So you are not able to login. Doesn't display login section. Is there another work around or only way to resolve it is to replace navram.

    I've seen a couple setups where someone set the user ID and Password both to "admin" (lowercase...without quotes). Give that a shot, and is that doesn't work you could always log in as "Supervisor" and reset the admin password.

      clear mode 143 C, C(hold) then go to 5846-46 to execute, then reboot. at this point you should reset both admin and supervisor to no password(leave them blank). this work and reset admin back to factory settings. This work my problem now is java extended features is causing web monitor not to work. i uninstall them but when i turn copier off and on they come back on. is there away in service mode to disable items.
