Ysoft Safe Q Direct Print

Hello,

Can someone please explain or give directions to any manual on how direct print works on Safe Q?
Is it necessary to install any application on the computers?
How does it work when the connection to the Server is Offline?

I work with Papercut and I'm trying to see of there are any major differences between the two.
