e automate vs miracle

Wondering if anyone that has used both had any opinions on pros and cons?
Specifically, considering the move from EA to Miracle, based on their excessive fees, increases, etc.
Any input from anyone who has used both would be helpful.

I used and setup Miracle Service for a small copier company some 6 years ago. I liked it
Don't know how much has change , Ask them for reference and call . Setup was very easy as long as the information is correct. Dispatch techs was good we did not use the remote tech so we called in to closed calls. I would only buy and use the modules you need. If you are already EA they maybe able to convert.
