    Sharp MXM316N SMB scanning fail

Customer has multiple machines at several locations. All machines scan back to the central servers at the main office. Except one......... At an off site office SMB scanning fails to send documents to server. Scan to email works ( email server is located at main office ), and SMB scanning works locally to my windows 10 laptop ( cross over cable ). Sharp support cited Windows update KB3161949 as the possible issue.

Has anyone else ran across this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
