    Printer button Word 2000

I know it must be possible but how to add:

in Word 2000 an extra button for an additional printer. There is the standard button for the default printer as well a button print to... However, I need for a customer a third button for a virtual PDF printer (Not Acrobat because, if installed properly, you will find automatically an extra button for that) so the customer can print directly to a printer not being the default printer. Any idea's please?

record a macro, i'm definatly no expert (feel free to jump in somebody) but you start recording the macro, "file, print, select printer, print," this should get you to the save screen to name the file. at this point I had to hit cancel so i could stop the macro recording. tested and it works.
I did this with Word 2007 and i unfortunatly don't have access to earlier versions at home but it should work much the same. just a different menu structure. this link should show you then how to assign a button to the macro so the just have to push it and it will run.

How to create macro buttons in Excel and Word

    cheers.
