    PRINTING PROBLEM in FIERY (PRO C7110S)

    JPEG and .DOC format files are not able to print in COMMAND WORKSTATION. Only PDF and TIFF are able to print. The machine is connected only to the switch with IP address starting in 169.254.45.xx. Any solution?

      Not liking the answers you're getting in the Ricoh forum so you thought you wold try connectivity???

          I will try every options just to get the solution. Maybe I can get ideas from other technicians who are working in other brands like SHARP, KONICA MINOLTA and XEROX with FIERY experience. Gather all ideas not only in one group...Am I right? Do not confine ourselves in one room...How can we grow and learn if we will just stay in one backyard.
