Have you tried to print it as an 'image' file? It is slower, but it can be helpful sometimes.

What print driver are you using? PS? PCL 5? PCL 6? RPCS? I've seen strange anomalies with the PCL 6 driver. Nothing concrete or consistent, but strange little things here and there. Try another driver type and see what happens.

Try changing the memory usage from frame to font priority.

That should fix syntax error 91.

I agree with the last two posts.I always use PCL5 and set the memory useage to font.

PCL6 does so really weird thing for some reason.

I also agree with the last few posts.
            PCL5 is Rock Solid ......

By definition: A PDF (Portable Document Format) was designed to be portable and not application or printer specific.

Today PDF's are created in every imaginable
way and with so many application variables that some are no longer compatible with all printers.

If the PCL5 driver or changing from frame to font priority has no effect on the printing issue you could ask for the document in its native form and troubleshoot the root cause of the problem.

            Good Luck !!!
