I am trying to setup email account using exchange method. Where on exchange server do you find hostname?

You do not want to deal with a customer that has an exchange server and no IT, trust me on this one.

For in-house Exchange, if there's only one Exchange server you can get the server name from any user's Outlook information: File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Email > Change. The email server will be in the information there.

For hosted Exchange through Office 365: outook.office365.com
