Toshiba es4520 ip address problems

Hi guys, I have a es4520c i'm prepping for sale and I can't find it on the network, and need help.

1. The ip address in dynamic always defaults to the same address and subnet (not even close to my network)
2. When I set it to my networks ip address-then I select apply, it defaults to 0.0.0.0

I can't find top access.

Try 08-693 to reset the NIC

On your PC, at the Command Prompt enter: ipconfig /all

Set the copier to mimic the command prompt. A similar different IP for the copier only.

On your PC: ping the copier.

We are trying to get e4520c out of the field. Not install used ones to current customers.
