Copy Card Swipe System

Does anyone know when a Toshiba copier is connected to a 3rd party copy control card swipe system, not connected as a network print controller, in other words copy control only, what will happen if a user inserts a USB drive and selects a PDF file to print?

Will the job print and be charged against the user's cash card or will the job go the the invalid queue where it will sit until the user releases it?

All going to depend on how the card system is configured. We had one at a University that allowed all of the scan to file/email features without login, but the moment a piece of paper needed to pass through the machine, your card needed to be inserted.
