Any other new notification technology for copier machine
mobile technology has become a trend as technology grows. I had been looking into preventative maintenance or get notifications from machine errors before a clients start complaining or requesting toner. So I saw one photocopy machine has these function called auto email notification. I am just wondering if there's any alternative solution that can be created instead of using email notification...the machine can notify a service tech/ leasing organization in a chat application.
It's because sometimes email notification might encounter issues like delayed notification or email not working or maybe too much notification resulting email being treated as spam in the email server.
