    Monitoring customer's

    Does ur company monitoring customers (getting automatic allerts)? If yes what I'll be the first we sell kyocera we use KFS sorry for my English it's my third language

    We use the KFS and after you get it working it is great. You can do Firmware upgrades without leaving the office (Kyocera) and schedule them at night. You can see when the customer is going to need toner, you can see the Panel message and a lot more.
