    Does the postcript type c3000 work in the mp c3300?

      Both are "Type 3", so they SHOULD be compatible.

          Unfortunately they are differnt. The MPC3300 takes a (PostScript3Unit TypeC3300) according to the PSG it was new and unique to the 3300

              you were right the c3000 did not work....however surprisingly the c5000 did!
