Just got off the phone with tech support. TLS 1.0 &1.1 are being discontinued by O365. The update wasn't supposed to happen until 10-31-18 but they pushed it out early and Sharp, as well as other manufactures are not ready for it.

One of my coworkers just found this video published today. We have tested it and it is working for us. Essentially you need to put brackets around the SMTP sender address, such as <sender@email.com>

Dealt with this issue twice today. This solution worked in the first instance but not in the second.
