To my knowledge there is no specific WIM password. There are the admin and supervisor passwords that can be user either from the machine console or in WIM.
Why would you be interested in changing multiple passwords on multiple machines at the same time ?
Is the change from an administration point of view, or are you concerned about hackers configuring an entire network of machines with a global password and locking every person out of the machines?
You can access MFD's through the Telnet interface if telnet is active(via service mode) on the MFD.
With a bit of ingenuity you could code a P/Shell or batch script and logon and change passwords to multiple machines.
Remember that hackers/power-users can do the same thing with your coded script file, by changing the global password if the password is hard coded into your script file.

This is a request from a large customer with hundreds of Ricoh devices that currently have no password and they want to add a password but don't want to have to do it 1 machine at a time.
